Recover & Reset is a 6 week program is designed for early on postpartum moms & pregnant moms looking to reset. This is not a “bootcamp” or “quick fix” program. This program is designed to help you Recover & Reset. It took you 9 months to grow a baby & only allowing your body to recover for a short period of time post baby is not enough time before ramping up the intensity. Experiencing leaking when sneezing, running, jumping, coughing, pain, discomfort, diastasis recti ( separation of the midline) this 6 week program is for you! 

Learn how to:

  • Engage your Pelvic Floor and Core

  • Manage pressure (which can cause the leaking & heaviness down below)

  • Work towards healing Diastasis Recti- Building strength and tension in the midline.
