With the programs, you will gain access to SugarWOD a free mobile app to track your progress, receive the workout the night before, & have direct contact to me, all of this from the convenience of your phone! The best part about SugarWOD is we are ALL in this TOGETHER and will be doing a version of the same workout each day and can build a community from coast to coast!

Through In Thirty

Through in 30 is a program designed to get the work done in 30 minutes or less by using your body & minimal equipment at home. This is a good fit for any women before pregnancy or after pregnancy with additional scaling options for postpartum moms.

What you get:

  • 5 workouts a week

  • Everything done for you! From warm-up, to strength/skill work, to the workout of the day, to the cool down. All you have to do is find the time.

  • Access to demo videos

  • Access to our private Facebook group

  • Access to me via email or virtual consult

  • Minimal equipment required. All you need is a set of dumbbells and some light resistance bands. If you have a full gym at home or access to a full gym that’s a bonus! There will be an option for minimal equipment to having access to a full gym with a pull-up bar, barbells, Kettlebells, etc.

 

 

Work to due

Work To Due is a program designed to help all moms train safely during pregnancy by using functional movements that we use in everyday life. Work to Due can be done in 60 minutes or less.  What makes this program unique is that the workouts are scaled to your ability, but you get to share your experience & give out fist bumps to other moms in our community. The movements and scaling modifications for each trimester will be broken down for you. If you are unsure of what modifications are right for you, reach out to me I’m here to help along the way! This program is a good fit for you if you are currently pregnant & have some experience with working out.

Recover & Reset

Recover & Reset is a 6 week program is designed postpartum moms looking to reset. This program should be started after you have been cleared by your OB between 4 to 12 weeks. This is not a “bootcamp” or “quick fix” program. This program is designed to help you Recover & Reset. It took you 9 months to grow a baby & only allowing your body to recover for 4 to 12 weeks post baby is not enough time before ramping up the intensity. If you’re experiencing physical symptoms like prolapse, diastasis or incontinence and don’t know where to turn, this 6 week program is for you!
