At Moms in Training, we focus on movements, moms and soon-to-be moms do in everyday life. We want to help you balance being a mom and being healthy. All workouts are scaled to each individual's skill level, to help you move better throughout daily activities. The programs are designed to help you stay active before, during and after pregnancy.
If you’re experiencing physical symptoms like prolapse, diastasis or incontinence and don’t know where to turn, I can help you manage your symptoms while staying active! I’ll help you feel confident in your workouts, body and self while gaining knowledge in how to improve symptoms.
Moms In Training is more than a fitness group. We foster a community of other moms who can relate to you. I know how tough it can be to balance everything.
